HomeScapade was founded in 2021 by IoT engineers and energy consultants passionate about modernizing Pakistani residences. Traditional homes lack centralized control, driving up energy costs and limiting convenience. We set out to fill this gap by offering seamless smart-home experiences tailored to local needs and infrastructure.
Our leadership team includes Green Building Council Pakistan–certified energy auditors and IoT architects trained with global smart-home platforms like Control4, Home Assistant, and KNX. We adhere to IEC 60870 for home-automation interfaces and enforce strict data-security protocols compliant with privacy guidelines. HomeScapade’s mission stands on three pillars: Efficiency, Security, and User-Centric Design.
Efficiency comes from dynamic load management—scheduling appliances, optimizing HVAC runtimes, and dimming lights based on occupancy sensors. Security means encrypted video feeds, smart door locks, and automated alerts for unusual activity.
